Welcome to ShackleDB - the shackle database for iPhones and iPad. Details of shackles available from popular vendors such as Crosby®, Green Pin® and GN® and can serve as a guideline during estimation and design. ShackleDB is an essential app for lifting / rigging personnel for offshore and site use.
ShackleDB can be used to search and select the suitable padeye you want from a range of shackle types and make. Searching also gives you the nearest shackles that matches your working load limit. Other brands of shackle can be added on request.
Main features are :-
- Includes database of 500+ shackles from 0.33 MT to 4000 MT
- Search and select shackle quickly
- Searching based on brand name, type, stoke number, WLL
- Includes a range of shackles from dee and screw pin type to heavy duty wide body shackles and special shackles
- Get dimensions and details of selected shackle
- Get info of comparable shackles when searching for WLL
- Share the shackle through email, WhatsApp or other means of sharing
- Handy tool for use in remote sites and offshore
- Present version includes units in Metric Tonnes and mm
